Our Inspiration
Acar Buah, a Southeast Asian pickled vegetable, has a rich heritage dating back to ancient kingdoms and has been carefully adapted to suit modern tastes. Produced in a time-honored way, our Fruit Pickles are lovingly prepared using a blend of bird's eye chilies, sea salt, onion, vinegar, molasses and a combination of fruits. Our recipes have been faithfully preserved, descended from generations of traders along the strait, and passed down through family heirlooms. Each ingredient is carefully selected and prepared, creating a unique, delicious flavor that seamlessly combines sweetness, flavor and spiciness. ENJOY!!!
